Vanguard Painting Ltd., Vancouver, recently completed a contract to power wash, caulk and repaint the cedar siding and trim of our 14-unit townhouse complex.The Unit owners are pleased with the high standard of work and the attention to detail.  Visitors to the complex have also commented on how attractive the buildings look with the new colours.
The painting project was completed on time and on budget - both of which were much appreciated.
Quentin Miller, the painting contractor, was very patient and helpful with regard to the colour selection both for the cedar siding and the trim.  He had his crew paint several sample squares on the gable end of one of the buildings which gave the unit owners an opportunity to view different colours of paint before giving their preferred choice nation of colours.
The crew led by Sabi was unfailingly courteous and helpful to unit owners and worked together in a respectful and harmonious manner towards each other.
At the end of each day the work site was left tidy and al paint and equipment were stored neatly out of sight.
Because our strata complex which is relatively small has experienced considerable difficulty in the past in finding competent and professional trades, we were very pleased with the co-operative and efficient manner shown by Quentin Miller of Vanguard Painting Ltd. from the initial meeting right through to the completion of the painting project.

We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Vanguard Painting Ltd. and in fact have already done so to two other strata complexes - one in Ladner and one in Richmond.
