I am writing this letter of reference on behalf of Vanguard Painting. We are a housing co-operative compromised of 65 units on the east side of Vancouver.
Following bids and presentations by three other painting contractors Vanguard Painting was chosen to paint our complex. In our situation price was a factor, but not nearly as important as the need to have a firm that was not only able to compete the job in a timely manner, but was able to deal effectively with the concerns and personalities of our residents.
To Leonard and his crews' credit, they out performed in all these situations. The Co-operative has never looked better and our Committee has received many compliments in this regard.
